The Espresso Service Team comprises of a group of dedicated people who
are passionate about ensuring that the service they provide is second to
none and that the quality of coffee that you serve to your customers is consistently
perfect.
Four individual departments work tirelessly to ensure that your coffee
equipment is working to its maximum performance. We have a clear philosophy
of being there when you need us and as importantly being there so you avoid
needing us.
Service Co-ordinatorsThese will be your first point of contact.
Their first priority will be to help you resolve the problem with your
espresso machine over the telephone. If this is not possible your call will be passed
to a field engineer.
Field EngineersWith 25 field engineers working the length and
breadth of the country – you can be assured that your coffee machine will
be attended to quickly and efficiently. All engineers are linked by mobile
telephone and networked pc, meaning they have your espresso machines history with
them when they arrive, can produce a fixed estimate prior to commencing
any work and complete a job sheet/invoice when finished. Our engineers
are the most experienced in their field and have an individual average
length of service of six years.
LogisticsOur fleet of vans is well stocked with parts, but clearly
we can’t carry everything, so we are set up to order parts we don’t
have from site, and book a return visit. Central call despatch, prioritising
calls in line with your requirements together with online tracking ensures
you know when to expect us.
WorkshopIn the unlikely event that your coffee machine cannot be repaired
in the field – our skilled engineers at Brasilia’s in house
state of the art workshop will ensure that it receives expert attention
and will be returned to you as speedily as possible.
